Workshop Series at the Yoga Center of Columbia
I will teach three workshops at the Yoga Center of Columbia in the upcoming months. These workshops will deepen your practice, knowledge, and awareness of yoga.

YOGA FORMA® WORKSHOPS
The YOGA FORMA® Workshop series is a fact-filled program that features the therapeutic qualities of yoga and emphasizes the connection of yoga to Western health disciplines. Anatomy and kinesiology are highlighted as participants explore yoga asanas (postures) appropriate for common injuries and conditions. These workshops are ideal for instructors' health professionals, and students who wish to gain more knowledge to use in a classroom setting or with individuals. Also, the series is ideal for anyone who is seeking a deeper understanding of their bodies.
YOGA FORMA 30HR INTENSIVE
The YOGA FORMA®️ 30HR Intensive is an expanded version of the workshop series. A more in-depth study is given on the regions of the body with a specific theme covered each day. Participants are guided through daily practice, followed by lectures on anatomy, kinesiology, and injury management. Practice sessions and projects are included which provide the opportunity for participants to improve their teaching skills and reinforce their ability to deepen their understanding of the topic. A student manual and supporting resource materials are provided.
RECORDED ONLINE CLASSES & PROGRAMS
Pre-recorded classes and workshops are offered for you to experience online at your convenience for a nominal fee. CEC's and certificates are provided.
